At Rios Elementary Computer Science Magnet School we prepare each student for academic success and launch them on a trajectory to a future beyond our imagination.  In collaboration with our partner, Code To The Future, computer science lessons are provided daily by the classroom teachers for all kindergarten through fifth grade students.  Teachers facilitate opportunities for students to extend the learning of computer science into the core academic areas.  The integration of computer science skills into English Language arts, science, history, and math, broadens student’s depth of knowledge and real world skills, preparing them to compete in the global economy.
