In every classroom at Anza we have implemented daily small group instruction in writing, math, and language arts.  In reading we have a consistent school wide system based on what readers need to know and be able to do at each stage of reading acquisition.  We have seen an increase in student achievement based on comprehensive reading tools and small group instruction.
