As I visit classrooms across the Blossom Valley campus, what strikes me is the level of independence and ownership students at all grade levels have for their own learning. Teachers are embracing the role of learning facilitators, using technology tools and a variety of blended learning approaches, that give kids a lot of freedom to decide how and what they learn. It really exciting to see how far we’ve come in such a short time, and I attribute the change to the work ethic and professionalism of my staff. They work really hard, every day, to provide our kids with learning opportunities that are engaging, challenging, and fun. Blossom Valley is an amazing place for kids to experience 21st century learning.
